ONE TOX® is a precision-formulated injectable using Clostridium botulinum toxin type A to smooth moderate-to-severe dynamic wrinkles and relieve targeted muscle hyperactivity.

Product Profile:

• Active Ingredient: 100 U Clostridium botulinum toxin type A per vial

• Excipients: Human serum albumin (0.5 mg), sodium chloride (0.9 mg)

• Presentation: Lyophilized white-to-light yellow powder in a clear vial

• Reconstitution: Add sterile, preservative-free 0.9% saline; swirl gently; use within 24 hours

• Storage: Refrigerate at 2–8 °C; do not freeze

Mechanism of Action:
ONE TOX® blocks acetylcholine release at neuromuscular junctions, causing localized muscle relaxation. This softens expression lines for aesthetics and reduces muscle spasms therapeutically.

Indications:

• Aesthetic: Glabellar lines, forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet, perioral lines, masseter contouring, eyebrow lifting, platysmal band smoothing

• Therapeutic: Hyperhidrosis, bruxism, muscle spasticity (e.g., cerebral palsy), blepharospasm, off-label chronic migraine relief

Dosing & Administration:

• Reconstitution ratios: 1 mL saline → 100 U/mL; 2 mL saline → 50 U/mL

• Injection: Intramuscular per clinical guidelines; dose adjusted by treatment area

• Onset: 2–5 days

• Duration: 4–6 months (varies by individual and site)

Safety & Precautions:
