1. Order Processing Time
Order Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
Processing Period: 1–3 business days. May extend by 2–3 days during holidays or sales.
Custom Orders: Timelines vary; you’ll be notified during order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (where available):
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 3–5 business days (select regions)
Delivery times exclude weekends, holidays, and customs delays.
3. Flat-Rate Shipping Fees
- Domestic: $10 flat rate
- International: $40 flat rate
- Oversized/heavy items: Additional charges may apply at checkout
4. Packaging & Handling
Orders are securely packed. Temperature-sensitive items include ice packs and insulation. Melted ice does not automatically compromise product quality.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking details are emailed once the order ships. International tracking may be limited after customs; contact your local courier for updates.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All import fees are the Buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays but will assist with documentation if needed.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- No shipping to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
- Restricted items may be blocked at checkout based on destination.
8. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection:
- Reship: Buyer pays shipping cost again.
- Refund: Issued as store credit, minus original shipping and return costs.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and resolve accordingly.
Damaged Deliveries: Notify us within 7 days. Email must include:
- Photos of outer packaging
- Photos of damaged item(s)
- Order number & issue description
10. Climate-Sensitive Products
Items needing cold chain shipping are packed with insulation and ice. If warm on arrival, store per product guidelines and contact us with concerns.
11. Returns Due to Non-Delivery or Customs Issues
If a package is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid duties, or non-delivery:
- Reship: Buyer pays new shipping fee.
- Refund: Store credit, minus original shipping + return/customs fees.

- Cooperate with customs or couriers as needed
- Report delivery issues promptly
